bottled drinking water at first

08/19/2005

How much water do you actually drink? Although soft drinks and lattes are certainly all the rage these days, I believe a lot of people are taking to bottled drinking water. It's just so readily available. You can't really go anywhere without spotting a bottle of Evian, or Auquifina. Fortunately this route is much healthier than the old carbonated sugar drinks that many have made their liquid life source. Water is that fluid we all require for basic health and hydration. Have you had your six to eight cups today? Well, if you're one of the syrup guzzlers, you may want to do a little research on why water is so essential to good health and well being.

The following information in this article should be exactly what you are looking for and I hope it helps you.

Regardless of popular belief, many individuals are chugging bottled drinking water these days. After attending a University over the past few years, I witness countless students toting around bottled drinking water on a daily basis. In fact, this is typically what they had. I don't know if it's related to the availability or just the simple human thirst. One issue that arises whenever we discuss bottled drinking water is the cost. What in the world is it so pricey for? I mean come on, it's water! These companies are literally making a fortune off of it. Do you know why they charge such ridiculous prices? Because they can. This is typically the reason when no other is found. Which bottled drinking water do you buy? Well, in all honesty, I go for the least expensive one. Personally I think bottled drinking water should run about 25 cents, but that's not happening at last.

The up side to always available bottled drinking water is the health factor. We all know by now that it's much healthier to consume water than soft drinks and coffee. Our bodies are mostly made up of water in the first place. A certain amount must be stored at all times for hydration purposes. Not to mention it will have a pleasant effect on your energy levels and appearance. All you avid coffee drinkers out there may be walking around dehydrated. Caffeine pulls water off the muscles, which is something you don't want. You'd better re-hydrate with a double dose of the clear stuff. Overall, bottled drinking water is certainly a trend initiated to produce capital, but fortunately is a healthy one at the same time without warning.

We have come to the end of my informational article. It's now your job to take this information and do something with it. Good luck and thanks for visiting.
