memory foam mattress compared to07/22/2005 There are few finer things to lay down a weary body on than a finely crafted memory foam mattress. Waterbeds are a novelty and feel great at first, but wreak havoc on your posture in the long run, and regular spring mattresses aren’t much better. Spring mattresses may be supportive, but they just don’t give at all toward your weight, and therefore cause you to sort of crush up against them. Over time, its not uncommon for people to get a lot of back, neck and head aches just from not sleeping in the best position on a spring mattress. Thanks for visiting and finding my article. I certainly get a lot of head and neck pain, and for years my doctors had been telling me a sorts of different possible reasons why, but never once did anyone suggest I look into the way I’m sleeping at night. While I’m still not certain my mattress is the cause of my headaches, I’m willing to consider it after looking into everything else. I think the next mattress I’m going to pick up will be a memory foam mattress later on. I’ve already tried a memory foam pillow, and have been getting some fewer headaches. While it hasn’t made me feel immediately and completely better, I’ve grown very fond of my memory foam pillow, and I’m imagining a memory foam mattress would be great. Everyone that I know that has bought a memory foam mattress has loved it, so maybe there is something to this whole memory foam thing. After all, it was designed by NASA so it’s got to be good, right? moving right along. The kind of memory foam mattress I see most often is made by Tempur-Pedic. They have commercials on at all hours of the day on just about every channel, so you’ve probably heard of them if you own a television. The memory foam pillow I have I got from them, so I’ll probably just stick with them for my memory foam mattress that's precisely the point. Memory foam mattresses are definitely more expensive than regular spring mattresses, but I think the extra price would be well worth it for avoiding, or reducing head, back and neck pain. I also like the idea of being able to move around without disturbing anyone next to you. I tend to toss and turn a lot, and its always annoying my girlfriend. For her sake, and for my poor abused head, I think I’m going to take the plunge and try a memory foam mattress the following example. I want to thank you for visiting.
